Milton Keynes Housing Allocation Scheme PDF 106 KB Additional documents:
Decision: 1. That the Milton Keynes Housing Allocation Scheme (2024) be adopted. 2. That authority be delegated to the Director of Adult Services (in consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing) to: (a) to make consequential and minor typographical amendments to ensure that the Housing Allocation Scheme remains compliant with the statutory and operational obligations; (b) authorise the use of the Emergency Band contained in section 3.11 of the Housing Allocation Scheme; and (c) authorise the temporary suspension of the Housing Allocation Scheme referred to in section 1.4 of the scheme, to comply with government guidance (both statutory and non-statutory) or to enable the Local Authority to meet an urgent need. In these circumstances, allocations will be made through an Exceptional Decision Panel. |

NHS Health Check GP Delivery: Re-procurement and Contract Award PDF 96 KB Decision: 1. That the Council use the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award B to procure the services of all GP practices to deliver NHS Health Checks, in line with national guidance on behalf of Milton Keynes, Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Councils. 2. That the award of contracts to all GP Practices for the delivery of the NHS Health Check programme, on behalf of all three Local Authorities, for a five-year period, commencing on 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, be approved. 3. That authority be delegated to the Director of Public Health (in consultation with the Cabinet member for Adult Services, Health and Communities) to award each contract. The total financial envelope to be delegated is £478,562per annum. |
