To approve, and the Chair to sign as a correct record, the Minutes of the meeting of Milton Keynes Youth Council held on 7 October 2023.

(a)          To review and update members of actions of the Youth Council through the calendar month and the next month.

(b)         Chair to deliver a presentation on the attended conference for Buckingham Milton Keynes Authority of Local Councils (BMKALC)

To receive an update from the Youth Mayor including any engagements attended.

(a)          To receive a verbal update about arrangements for Make your Mark ballots in February 2024.

(b)         To receive a verbal update about Parliamentary School debates.

To receive a verbal update on progress with the Wellbeing and Mental Health and Youth Crime surveys.

To receive a verbal update in regards to the Healthy Young People’s Network (HYPN) event.

To consider Milton Keynes City Council’s forward plan of executive decisions and the calendar of meetings, and to highlight any areas of interest for the Youth Council.

To receive a verbal update from the Advisory Group Lead following the 2023-2024 training session, provided by finance officers.

To receive updates from the Democratic Participation Officer.

To consider:

(a)       The attendance question in the attached report and debate any changes to the current MK Youth Council Rule Book.

(b)       Plan for by-elections to current vacancies.

To receive an OFFSET update from the Advisory Group.

Members of Youth Parliament and Action Groups to breakout into their separate groups to work on current projects.
