Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service Contract Additional documents:
Decision: 1. That the public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1792, in order that the meeting may consider the exempt Annexes A, B and C of the report. 2. That the existing Mears contracts, the term partnering contract and the project partnering agreement be extended from 31 March 2025 to further periods not exceeding 30 September 2025. 3. That authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property, in consultation with the Director of Law and Governance, to determine any appropriate extension to the contracts post 4 August 2025 and up to the date approved in (2) above for new contract mobilisation. Noting this has been allowed for within the modification notice, described within exempt Annex A. 4. That the Director of Environment and Property and the Director of Law and Governance confirm and issue the Modification Notice as the draft contained within exempt Annex B, including any non-material amendments as required. 5. That the Director of Environment and Property finalise the commercial position with the existing service provider for the period of extension, in line with exempt Annex C. |
